Job Description
What you will get to do:
- Responsible for overseeing the development launch and lifecycle of key automotive programs with a strong focus on meeting customer requirements cost targets timing milestones and quality standards.
- Experience managing programs with Ford Motor Company including an understanding of their systems processes and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams from design through production launch.
- Develop and maintain project timing plans budgets and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements throughout program execution.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in automotive program management or related roles.
- Direct hands-on experience managing programs forFord Motor Company.
- Strong understanding of Fords systems launch processes APQP and program expectations.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.
- Financial and business acumen for program cost management.
