Fund Servicing/ Fund Accounting Officer

As a Fund Servicing Officer within Fund Accounting operations you will be responsible for the operational management and control of the daily workflow including NAV validations and declarations reconciliation reporting taxation-related tasks and dividend distribution.

JobResponsibilities:

• Managetheworkflowthroughthelifecycleof theFund Accountingoperations
• Take charge of operationalmanagementandcontrolofthedailyworkflowwithintheFund Accountingteam
• Maximizeteamcapacitythrougheffectiveresourceplanningandensureteamstructureis robust through effective training and succession planning
• Ensurealldailycontrolsandprocessingarecompletedandsignedoffincludingclientservice inquiry resolution as well as all key metrics are produced as required
• Work as a member of the team.
• Provideeffectivecommunicationstothedepartmentensuringstaffareawareofstrategicand regulatory changes in the organization
• ContinuedreviewofcontentandpresentationofStandardOperatingProceduresinlinewith introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activities
• ContributetothestrategicdevelopmentofFund Accountingproducts
• Managing effective relationship with stakeholders across the locations

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Understanding about Asset Manager and Owners business and life-cycle Fund Accounting operations
• Familiarization with Accounting Standards applicable to Investment accounting
• Understanding about the investment and derivative products in the market
• Good team player
• Inquisitivenesslearnongoingstreamofnewmarketsproductsandprocesses
• Good riskandcontrolawarenessabilitytoeffectivelyprioritiesworkloadsandworktocritical deadlines
• Confidentcommunicatorinallmediumstobothinternalandexternalclients
• Hands-oninMicrosoftOfficeproductsincludingWordExcelAccessandOutlook

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• BachelorsdegreeorequivalentQualified Chartered Accountants will be preferred.
