Job Description

Summary: Penrose Main Hospital (PEN) is looking for a locum vascular surgeon to help provide the team with coverage starting Sept 2025. Call coverage for vascular surgery includes surgical treatment of blunt and other vascular trauma.

24 hour call to include 4 gratis hours (7a-7a)
Facility Location: 2222 N. Nevada Avenue Colorado Springs CO 80907
Setting: Call Trauma Level II
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures/Job Duties: Abdominal Open/Endovascular
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: None
Reason for Coverage: Locums coverage for existing surgeons time off.
Dealbreakers (Do Not Present): lack of availability for all dates

Certification Requirements
Board Certified
DEA

State License Requirements
Colorado
