Job Description
Qualified Candidates:
Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams
Will join 2 HF Physicians 3 LVAD Coordinators 2 dedicated clinic RNs
APPs run HF discharge clinic
Has and maintains current license with the North Carolina Medical Board
BLS ACLS certification required
Must have 2 years cardiology APP experience
