Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team! As a Breakfast Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring a positive breakfast experience for our guests. This includes setting up maintaining and replenishing the breakfast buffet as well as providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area according to hotel standards.
- Ensure the breakfast buffet is fully stocked with fresh and appetizing food items.
- Assist guests with any breakfast-related needs or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize tables counters and equipment.
- Monitor food safety and ensure all items are stored at the correct temperature.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful service.
Job Requirements
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Must be able to lift carry and move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Must be able to work early morning hours weekends and holidays as needed.
