We are recruiting for two exceptional leaders to step into the role of Team Leader in our Theatre Recovery Ward! Permanent fulltime roles. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our theatre operations while leading and motivating a dedicated team of theatre assistants.
About You
Minimum 4 years experience
Demonstrated experience in a management role
Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Remuneration
$32.22 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
