The team and the opportunity

We are looking for Oracle Fusion Consultants with a strong background in either ERP EPM or HCM to support our managed service engagements and implementation projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications a proven track record in relevant projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion applications across either ERP EPM or HCM modules ensuring alignment with client requirements and/or provide ongoing support and maintenance for managed service engagements ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
• Conduct system testing user training and documentation to facilitate successful implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers business analysts and technical teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest Oracle Fusion features and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Skills and attributes for success

• Third level qualification in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field or relevant experience related to the position.
• 2 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion applications in either ERP EPM or HCM.
• Previous consulting experience for internal or external clients
• Proven experience in managed service engagements or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to either ERP EPM or HCM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
