Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ML Engineer with expertise in Azure ML or Microsoft Fabric environments to deliver data-driven solutions for segmentation and optimization. The ideal candidate will independently select implement and fine-tune ML models for customer classification and optimizing action strategies around debt management.

Location: Remote (EU citizenship or valid work permit required)
Seniority: Mid/Senior
Language: Lithuanian or fluent English

Key Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure ML or Microsoft Fabric ML environments
  • Ability to independently select and apply appropriate ML models
  • Experience building ML models to classify data and segment customers
  • Analytical mindset and ability to deliver actionable insights
  • EU citizenship or legal work permit required
  • Lithuanian or fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement segmentation/classification ML models for existing and new customers
  • Design models to recommend the most effective sequence of actions to maximise debt recovery
  • Carry out all work within the Microsoft Fabric (or Azure ML) environment
  • Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders communicate findings clearly
