Strength and control shouldnt live in separate worlds. Pilates lovers need strength. Lifters need mobility and core stability. Our Strength x Reformer classes bring the best of both together: 60-minute sessions split between Reformer Pilates and barbell-based strength training.
Were looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates Coach who is also confident coaching with barbells. Youll be working with a community of lifters athletes and movement enthusiasts who want to train smarter recover better and perform at their best.
