Job Description
Polysomnographic Technologist- Contract Role
Location: Concord NH 03301
Duration: 18-weeks Contract
Shift: 12hr Nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay: $1800 - $1944; (Negotiable based on experience)
- Conduct comprehensive overnight polysomnographic studies (PSG).
- Perform PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) titrations to determine optimal therapy settings.
- Conduct oxygen titrations as needed during sleep studies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient data and procedures.
- Collaborate with sleep physicians and clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferably Cerner PowerChart and Revenue Cycle systems for documentation and billing purposes.
- Adhere to all safety infection control and compliance standards.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sleep technology and documented travel experience.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification required.
- Technical Skills:
- Competent in performing PSG PAP titrations and oxygen titrations.
- EMR experience preferred especially with Cerner PowerChart and Revenue Cycle.
