Position: Data and Applications Assistant
Location: One Capitol Hill Providence RI
Duration: 3 Years

General Statement of Duties
The Data and Applications Assistant support the implementation of energy efficiency programs. This role involves tracking federal reporting requirements collecting and maintaining accurate program data supporting rebate program applications providing customer service and assisting with current and future program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Transfer data from online portals into program spreadsheets.

Compile prepare and sort information for database entry.

Create update and maintain spreadsheets with program data.

Verify data accuracy and organize program information for reporting and internal use.

Ensure confidentiality of applicant and program information.

Respond to incoming calls and inquiries assisting applicants with rebate and application questions.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables).

Proficiency using Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Adaptability and flexibility.
Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Experience in data entry or related office work.

Customer service experience preferred.
