Position Overview :
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives).
- Support backlog grooming prioritization and sprint planning.
- Track metrics such as velocity burndown and team capacity using Azure DevOps.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments escalating when needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders.
- Ensure risks issues and scope changes are communicated and managed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies across projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM or equivalent).
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and servant leadership principles.
- Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar Agile project management tools).
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams manage complex projects and maintain high standards of documentation and deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Other Tools: Proficiency in MS Project PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- Background in system modernization legacy replacement or consolidation projects.
- Familiarity with SRP water/flood irrigation systems or experience in the utility sector.
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS).
- Experience with third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of Team Data Science Process (TDSP) in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Azure AWS Snowflake).
