Bank Nurse Days. Telford Hall Care Home
- Salary: £23.79 per hour
- Hours: Bank / Flexible
- Shifts: 7am – 7pm
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for flexible daytime shifts Join our dedicated team at Telford Hall Care Home where your expertise will help enhance the lives of our residents in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Located in the heart of Lawley Telford Hall is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing palliative and dementia care. Our modern facilities include peaceful lounges garden rooms a cinema and a tea room—creating a homely atmosphere for residents and a rewarding workplace for staff.
As a Bank Nurse on Days you will:
- Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care
- Support residents with their daily health and wellbeing needs
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and families
- Mentor and guide junior staff

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking nurses who are:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in care home settings is a plus but not essential
