Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for end-users focusing on Windows-based systems PC setup for new hires and troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues in the office. This role ensures smooth onboarding system functionality and responsive support for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Windows PCs monitors and peripherals for new employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues across the office.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage device lifecycle.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications printers and basic networking.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement updates and maintain system security.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
