Summary TheSenior Endpoint Engineerplays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability security and performance of all end-user computing devices across the organization. This individual will lead the design and implementation of modern endpoint management solutions drive automation initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert in device lifecycle management. With a focus on operational excellence and user experience the Senior Endpoint Engineer will collaborate across IT and security teams to deliver scalable secure and efficient endpoint environments that support business productivity and innovation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Design and maintain scalable endpoint management solutions using tools such as Microsoft Intune SCCM PDQ or similar.
- Develop and enforce endpoint security policies including encryption antivirus patching and compliance standards.
- Create and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell Python etc.) to streamline endpoint deployment configuration and maintenance.
- Utilize AI to streamline operational processes
- Implement self-service tools and workflows to improve user experience and reduce support overhead.
- Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related issues and collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams.
- Monitor endpoint health and performance proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of endpoint devices including procurement provisioning maintenance and decommissioning.
- Manage software packaging and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of endpoint configurations and compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of endpoint configurations procedures and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
Additional Responsibilities- Demonstrate professionalism in communication attitude and teamwork.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures safety regulations and local state and federal laws.
- Maintain awareness of compliance requirements related to financial institutions with emphasis on BSA/AML/CIP Consumer Privacy Regulation CC Information Security Bank Protection Act FACT-Identity Theft Information Technology and GLBA.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Human Resources Education or a related field preferred.
- At least three (2) years of experience in training and development; financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of training and development principles adult learning theories and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software.
