Commercial Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join a well-established and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family-owned agency that has a reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting producers assisting clients and maintaining strong relationships with carriers. This position is fully onsite and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60000 - $75000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients producers and carriers ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Assist in new business acquisition and remarketing efforts.
- Provide detailed and accurate answers to client inquiries regarding coverage and carrier processing.
- Support producers by gathering necessary information and facilitating efficient workflows.
- Maintain and grow a book of business handling varying account sizes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with the Account Executive to deliver exceptional service and achieve team goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in an independent insurance agency (5 years preferred).
- Proven experience working with producers and carriers across various lines of business.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities.
- Professional demeanor and presentation.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Comfortable handling high-pressure situations and being put on the spot.
