Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The mission of Project Kuipers Government Solutions (KGS) is to leverage Kuiper and provide high speed low latency and secure satellite broadband services to United States and allied government customers. This position will be working within the Product Management Team within Kuiper Government Solutions.

Key job responsibilities In this role you will: Work with business development and customers to help understand and refine their use cases and operational problems to solve Work with Engineering to invent new products or product features Write product roadmaps product description documents and engineering requirements documents for products and product families Create detailed product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific customer verticals (local state federal DoD intelligence community) including use case prioritization feature definition and product roadmap Work with leadership team to set the customer strategy and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch Research and identify new opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers Anticipate bottlenecks manage risk and escalations and balance the business needs versus technical constraints Write proposals based on product and service offerings of the Kuiper Government Team.
Security Clearance: This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelors degree - 5 years of design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering mathematics or equivalent - Experience in a professional field or military - Experience working with end user or developer communities
