Job Description

As a Business Analyst youll support a federal Program Management Office in driving IT sustainment transformation and data governance activities. This role bridges technical teams and mission stakeholdersleveraging PowerApps Agile methodologies and performance analytics to deliver value-aligned outcomes across logistics and enterprise IT workstreams.

What youll do:

  • Elicit define and refine business and functional requirements aligned to stakeholder needs
  • Support documentation and traceability of business rules change requests and user stories across Agile sprints
  • Create PowerApps prototypes dashboards workflows and integrations that automate business processes and enhance data accessibility
  • Analyze ERP/logistics-related performance and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Coordinate and facilitate IPTs working groups and transformation workstreamsserving as the strategic interface between program stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) audit preparation and compliance documentation reviews
  • Track progress of key performance indicators and provide data-informed insights for continuous improvement
  • Lead or support stakeholder engagement activities aligning requirements with business outcomes

What youll need to succeed:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
  • 46 years of experience in business analysis digital transformation or systems analysis
  • 3 years supporting external federal business analytics or IT sustainment projects
  • Experience supporting Agile teams and leading user story refinement/backlog grooming
  • Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (PowerApps Power BI) and business intelligence/reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or logistics environments (Oracle EBS GCSS-MC or similar)
  • Strong communication stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Ability to produce clear concise documentation and visualizations for executive audiences

SALARY RANGE: $78000 - 98000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

  • The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
