We specialize in school uniforms and operate with a strong seasonal focus. Our busiest months are June through August and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting while also contributing to long-term store operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruit train and schedule seasonal staff
Manage employee schedules and ensure coverage during peak times
Assist customers in-store and over the phone with professionalism and patience
Fulfill web orders accurately and efficiently
Oversee shipping receiving and inventory flow
Maintain store organization and cleanliness
Handle multiple responsibilities calmly under pressure
Support store operations and team training during the off-season
Participate in store prep cleaning and inventory setup year-round
Qualifications:
Retail or management experience preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude patience and a team-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay focused during busy periods
Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
