Pay Rate:The Student Employee Pay Wage Policy can be found onmyMount
Evaluation Period:Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester
Purpose: Support for set-up before and clean-up after Sunday Mass and Tuesday/Thursday Masses as school schedule allows. 3-4 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilization of Canva to design event flyers & Instagram posts
- Assistance with setting up and tearing down for events
- Taking photos during events
- Assistance with preparation and set up for weekday Masses as designated by full-time staff
Qualifications
Experience in areas indicated above plus other qualifications and requirements necessary for completion of duties.
- Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
- Canva Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Organizational skills
- Creativity
- Lifting up to 10lbs.
- Ability to work on own initiative independently and to deadlines
- Well organized punctual and reliable
- The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully both orally and in writing with individuals at all levels within the University
