Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize high-budget Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with the primary goal of generating donations and achieving a profitable ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in scaling campaigns data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Plan execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns focused on donation generation.
- Manage high daily ad spends with a focus on profitability and scalability.
- Conduct audience targeting keyword research and A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
- Monitor KPIs track conversions and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful ad messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends tools and policies in digital advertising.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of running high-budget performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Experience in driving profitable ROAS preferably in donation/non-profit campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of analytics conversion tracking and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple campaigns and deliver on performance goals.
