Responsibilities:
IATA & FMC knowledge and awareness to transportation regulations
Knowledge of global currencies in pricing models
Can manage your desk daily and constantly prioritize day to day demands
Can display a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
Are always two steps ahead looking for creative ways to improve old processes
Have mastered the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer partnerships
Possess the ability to communicate at all levels and with a wide range of personalities
Can solve any problem thats thrown your way

Requirements:
Have 2-4 years of International Freight Forwarding Pricing and Customer Service experience
BA/BS Degree highly preferred but not required
Proven track record handling customer issues
Ability to and proven track record to multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills
Strong math and Microsoft Excel skills
Very strong written communication skills especially in email
