This position is responsible for accurately calculating and quoting the total costs associated with parts and service repairs and maintenance. This includes identifying and understanding contract requirements determining key variables and providing recommendations based on technical knowledge with internal and external in Microsoft Excel-Pivot Tables knowledge with Tableau.
Additionally this position is also responsible for ensuring all charges are accuratelyreflected against contracts. This requires collaboration throughout multiple departmentsthroughout the organization within various phases and scopes of contract(s).
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on adaily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the companys mission and corebusiness values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources;3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
Essential Functions:
Monitors evaluates and reports the ongoing status of contracts operationally andfinancially
Identifies problems analyzes risk and improves processes to ensure cost-related standards and/or quality is met
Gathers and analyzes technical information and specifications to determinerequirements for contract
Partners with Product Support Sales and Operations to provide accurate quotesand executable work orders
Implements and maintains relevant software used to support accurate dataanalysis and continuously improve quoting process
Maintains key relationships throughout the organization to ensure open lines ofcommunication and collaboration between internal departments
Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complieswith all company policies procedures and standards
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with employees teammembers and management
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Ability to operate office machines and computers
Understands written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group ofmanagers coworkers customers (internal and external) or the general public
Education and Experience:
2- years experience working as Quoter Estimator; proven experience as anestimator or in similar position required
High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree in related fieldpreferred

This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionallyoccasional movement inside the office to access office machinery file cabinetsetc.
This role frequently communicates with others must be able to exchangeaccurate information in these situations
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phonesphotocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines
Occasionally moves or transports items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment:
This job is generally performed in a professional office environment and in a shopenvironment
Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
