NEW Water
Environmental Health and Safety Intern
Do you want to grow your knowledge of workplace health and safety and obtain on the jobexperience NEW Water the brand of the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety Intern to assist in Safety Program projects and environmental compliance.
Details about the Position:
The Environmental Health & Safety Intern will be responsible for the organization and completion of health safety and security and environmental compliance projects assist with safety inspections SDS database maintenance safety equipment inspection and maintenance and safety training review and development. This position will also be responsible for the generation and maintenance of various reports databases and spreadsheets.
This is a full-time position during the summer with part-time flexible hours during the fall and winter.
Hiring Range: $15.81 - $18.04 per hour
Full Salary Range: $15.81 - $22.32 per hour
Education Requirements:
- High School Education or equivalent
- Candidate must be working towards an associate or bachelors degree in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Industrial Safety Emergency Management Industrial Hygiene General Science Math Engineering or related discipline.
