Job Description
As a Territory Manager you will play a critical role in driving sales building strong customer relationships and promoting PPGs Automotive Refinish products and solutions. You will report to the Regional Manager and manage an assigned customer base identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall success of PPGs Automotive Refinish business.

Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell PPGs Automotive Refinish products and solutions to existing and potential customers within the territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends competitors and industry developments related to the Automotive Collision Industry and Automotive Refinish products. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities product gaps and potential areas of growth within the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer segments including Collision Centers Fleet & Light Industrial Coating (LIC) accounts and Distribution channels. Understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service while addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer interactions and progress towards sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and effective business strategies.
Develop an understanding of PPGs Automotive Refinish product portfolio and be able to provide technical support and guidance to customers. Conduct product demonstrations trainings and workshops to showcase the benefits and proper application of PPG products.
Collaboration with marketing product management and customer support to align strategies leverage resources and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is required.
2 years of related experience.
Prior collision automotive or coatings experience would be advantageous.
Valid drivers license is required.
