Deine zuknftige Rolle.
- Du digitalisierst und bereitest Rechnungen fr die weitere Verarbeitung
- Du teilst die Rechnungen nach Abteilung auf
- Mit deinem aufmerksamen Auge kontrollierst du die Hndlerdaten Rechnungsnummern und weiteren Details
- Du bernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
- Du hltst unsere Daten in den Systemen aktuell
- Du wickelst internen sowie externen E-Mail-Verkehr ab
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du bist Berufseinsteiger*in oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Du kannst dich fr die Automobilbranche begeistern
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse sowie gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du verfgst ber gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office Paket)
- Du bist gut organisiert und arbeitest strukturiert
- Du verfgst ber eine genaue Arbeitsweise
Gehalt
Fr diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von 616- brutto pro Monat je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur berzahlung.
