DescriptionUse your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support for our new Distribution Center. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and greet clients/visitors
- Assist in office supplies management and vendor relationships for materials
- Help prepare organize and make arrangements for team and departmental meetings
- Oversee (receive and distribute) Fed-Ex UPS and USPS deliveries
- Sort and help distribute mail
- Create new employee badges
- Provide back up support to the Executive Assistants
- Other general office clerical and administrative duties as needed
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2 Years Administrative/Receptionist experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organization time management and communication skills
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work Monday - Friday
