Job Summary:
As an UHNW Investor you are responsible in helping the Bankers win new clients and strengthen existing client relationships through advisement on investment solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work within a broad team of Global Investors and Bankers to manage discretionary and advisory client portfolios
- Advise on portfolio construction including overall asset allocation tactical shifts and security selections
- Market and implement investment solutions in accordance with clients asset solutions will be delivered either on a discretionary or advisory basis and will include: mutual funds structured products hedge funds private equity as well as execution of more traditional brokerage transactions such as equities bonds foreign exchange etc.
- Grow new assets by identifying and developing new business opportunities from existing client base
- Support and participate in new marketing initiatives alongside Bankers to help convert prospects to clients
- Deliver performance reviews to clients across traditional and non-traditional assets - JPM and third party
- Cross-sellother JPMorgan services products and solutions
Required Qualifications Skills And Capabilities:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar investment advisory at a Private bank covering UHNW clients and wealth management and strong stakeholder management experience is required.
- Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.
- Proven client management and effective communication skills (oral and written) to positively engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and must be a team player and able to work with different business functions across the bank.
- Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.
- As the role is an important contributor to the strategy of JP Morgan comfort and experience working with and reporting to senior management is required.
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin and Cantonese is required to facilitate frequent engagement with clients and stakeholders from Hong Kong and Mainland China.s
Preferred Qualifications Skills And Capabilities:
- Capital markets or institutional brokerage experience.
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple practical forms.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines
