Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the facility operations to achieve the highest level of productivity customer service with a focus constantly on cost and efficient use of labor
- Constant focus on the cost of operational labor and understand and uphold financial responsibility for the daily production and labor (P&L)
- Train direct reports on understanding the company information goals and objectives within the Operations team
- Manages up to 5 -10 subordinate supervisors who supervise 50 employees in Special Projects Shipping Receiving Packing Order Processing Routing Inventory and Auditing departments. Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation
- Ensure work procedures and work schedules are being adhered to and that corrective action is being taken within the facility operations
- Effectively communicate with other departments and managers to ensure the efficiency of the facility as a whole
- Responsible to cross train management staff as well as warehouse associates
- Foster team environment within the facility and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Adhere to all Health and safety polices within the facility and direct foster a safe and compliant environment according to legislation
- Manage evaluate and mentor Assistant Managers and Supervisors
- Supports the commitment to the Companys Core Values
- Coordinate with Managers and Human Resources to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Establishes production and quality control standards develops budget and cost controls and obtains data regarding types quantities specifications and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Oversee maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays ensure all established costs quality and delivery commitments are met
- Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations including compiling storing and retrieving production data for reports.
- Ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company government and customer policies procedures and regulations.
- Interviewing hiring appraising performance; rewarding and disciplines employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- 5 years of Management experience
- Strong candidates are adaptable and resilient
- Must be a self-starter multi-tasker and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player attitude understands the importance of maintaining a high communicative environment offers an inclusive approach with constant care constant training and communication while fostering a team environment
- Proficient with systems (i.e.: Microsoft products; warehouse and management systems)
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Flexibility to work nights holidays and weekends
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday 5 PM to 5 AM

Compensation Range:
$100000 - 105000
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. - Gre jusqu 5 10 superviseurs subordonns qui supervisent plus de 50 employs dans les dpartements de projets spciaux dexpdition de rception demballage de traitement des commandes dacheminement dinventaire et daudit . Est responsable de la direction gnrale de la coordination et de lvaluation
- Sassurer que les procdures et les horaires de travail sont respects et que des mesures correctives sont prises dans le cadre des oprations de linstallation.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les autres dpartements et gestionnaires afin dassurer lefficacit de linstallation dans son ensemble
- Responsable de la formation croise du personnel de direction ainsi que des associs dentrept
- Favoriser lenvironnement dquipe au sein de ltablissement et dmontrer de solides comptences en leadership
- Adhrer toutes les politiques de sant et de scurit au sein de ltablissement et diriger favoriser un environnement scuritaire et conforme la lgislation
- Grer valuer et encadrer les gestionnaires adjoints et les superviseurs
- Soutient lengagement envers les valeurs fondamentales de lentreprise
- Coordonner avec les gestionnaires et les ressources humaines pour assurer le respect des politiques et procdures de lentreprise.
- tablit les normes de production et de contrle de la qualit labore des contrles budgtaires et des cots et obtient des donnes concernant les types les quantits les spcifications et les dates de livraison des produits commands.
- Superviser les problmes dentretien pour garantir des cots minimaux et viter les retards oprationnels et sassurer que tous les engagements tablis en matire de cots de qualit et de livraison sont respects.
- Effectue les activits administratives associes la gestion efficace des oprations de latelier y compris la compilation le stockage et la rcupration des donnes de production pour les rapports.
- Sassure que tous les employs touchs connaissent et respectent les politiques les procdures et les rglements de lentreprise du gouvernement et des clients.
- Entrevues embauche valuation du rendement ; rcompenser et discipliner les employs ; traiter les plaintes et rgler les problmes.

- 5 ans et plus dexprience en gestion
