Job Description

CEX Retail Store Supervisor (Darlington)Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products is currently seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor for our Darlington location. The Store Supervisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication while working closely with the management team to ensure optimal store and team Duties and Responsibilities: Set an example and encourage staff to meet and exceed the companys goals and objectives. Exceed targets and bring fresh ideas to the business. Ensure the store is opened/closed in line with company policy. Monitor staff performance on the tills. Assist store management in achieving store goals and targets. Train and support staff members to enhance their performance and you are passionate about technology and customer service and you thrive in a dynamic retail environment we would love to hear from you.
