The Role
As the leader of the Global Heinz brand strategy this role is responsible for charting the course for the future to establish an ambitious unified brand vision and strategic plans that enable the acceleration of business growth around the this role you will own the long-term global brand vision the 1 and 3-year strategy the brands positioning portfolio architecture and youll set standards that guide the globe against pack design identity strategic partnerships licensing nutrition and more. You will also be responsible for establishing the brands category expansion approach and define the big bet innovation and renovation agenda to create scaled impact around the world.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$214400.00 - $268000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
