JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst II to join our remote this role you will partner closely with delivery leaders designers developers and client stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software across both client projects and our internal product roadmap.
As a mid-level member of the QA team youll take a proactive approach to identifying risks defining test strategies and driving continuous improvements across our processes. Youll be responsible for writing and executing test cases performing thorough manual testing and logging detailed actionable bugs. Your ability to clearly communicate complex issues and advocate for quality will be essential in cross-functional collaboration.
Youll also serve as a point of contact for client teams during testing cycles helping to coordinate test plans and answer questions related to functionality and known issues.
