Job Description

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a Michigan CUSO in their search for a Commercial Credit Analyst.

The Credit Analyst II is responsible for performing comprehensive commercial credit analysis while supporting the credit function and fostering strong internal and external relationships. This role requires expertise in evaluating credit data and financial statements preparing accurate underwriting documents and providing sound recommendations that balance risk with opportunity. The Credit Analyst II partners closely with Relationship Managers during loan negotiations ensures compliance with NCUA regulations and maintains complete and accurate credit files.

In addition to underwriting responsibilities the role contributes to ongoing risk management through borrower reviews compliance monitoring and the development of risk mitigation strategies. The Credit Analyst II also plays a leadership role within the department by mentoring junior analysts providing training and guidance and actively contributing to team and organizational success.
