The Parliamentary Catering Teamis committed to showcasing New Zealands finest produce and products while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences at Parliament. The team manages several food and beverage venues within the Parliamentary precinct each offering a distinct and memorable experience. In addition to venue management the team provides catering and hospitality services for the many functions held within the Parliamentary precinct operating under theHuihuiandOn the Movebrands.

M te tngaAbout the Role:

Speaking from the heart were highly motivated to invite someone into the team who loves working in collaborative environments and is inspired to deliver a world class hospitality experience to not just world leaders but all Kiwis. This is where this role comes alive!

We run a 7-day operation but youd be rostered on for 5 days. As demand for our service can change each week the days and hours youll work will vary. Our hours are often affected by the sitting of the House as more trolley service is required when Members of Parliament are on site.

Seeing as youll be part of a big catering team youll also get involved with:

• Engaging with a wide variety of customers.
• Events and functions.
• Assisting the wider catering group when needed.

If you come from a hospo background would be amazing however if you have a true passion for customer service that will put you in good stead. The appointing salary range for this role is $55344 - $59733 per annum. Appointments will be based on skills and experience (please note the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for tenure progression).
