What Youll Be Doing:
- Welding and fitting steel components to build pre-engineered structures
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and measurements to bring designs to life
- Thinking on your feet to solve challenges with creativity and precision
- Working hands-on with tools and materials in a fast-paced supportive environment
- Teaming up with great people who have your back and want to see you succeed
What You Bring to the Table:
- Astrong work ethicand a willingness to learn or grow your welding skills
- Ability toread blueprints and use measuring tools(well train the right person!)
- Apositive attitude reliability and attention to detail
- Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication (a big plus!)
- Welding certification Great! If notlets get you there.
