Field Workface Planners - Scaffolding

• University degree in engineering construction management or related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in field planning scaffolding operations or related construction roles with a track record of developing and delivering workface plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously making informed decisions that consider financial environmental and social impacts.
• Strong understanding of construction processes safety standards and regulatory requirements related to scaffolding and field operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Skilled in project planning systems and digital tools; able to troubleshoot and support others in their use.
• Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to complex technical challenges using available resources and organizational knowledge.
• Sound judgment with the capability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals and priorities.

Purpose of the Role

The Field Workface Planner Scaffolding plays a vital role in ensuring construction projects are executed efficiently safely and in alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations. This role provides direction planning and project management for scaffolding activities contributing directly to the timely delivery of projects that help advance a more sustainable energy future.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed workface plans for scaffolding activities that align with project schedules budgets and Worleys sustainability objectives.
• Translate project goals and contract requirements into actionable plans ensuring all work is executed in accordance with company policies customer standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with construction teams engineering personnel and stakeholders to coordinate scaffolding work ensuring safe and efficient execution on site.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project momentum and achieve milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and assign work packages to staff while ensuring alignment with project priorities and safety standards.
• Support integration of innovative data-centric solutions to improve planning efficiency and project performance.
• Prepare and deliver proposals progress reports and presentations to communicate project status and influence key decisions.
• Ensure the proper use of systems tools and processes to enhance scaffolding workface planning and resolve operational challenges.
