Who You Are:

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience(mechanical services facility management or HVAC preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop and maintainhigh-value commercial relationships
  • Experience working withproperty managers facility directors and C-suite decision makers
  • Excellence in consultative selling you listen first understand deeply then provide solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skillswith the confidence to speak truth
  • Valid drivers licenseand ability to travel throughout NY/NJ territory
