The Role: Service Centre Analyst
As a Service Centre Analyst at CLBC you will work as part of a team to operate the daily activities of the CLBC Service Centre and provide front-line information technology support and problem resolution services (tier 1 and escalation to tier 2) in a centralized multi-platform support environment.

Hybrid Work This role will require working onsite during the 6-month probation period. After passing the 6-month probationary period hybrid schedule will apply.

Term/Status: Regular/Full time 70 hours bi-weekly
Classification/Salary: Info Systems R18 / Starts at $64123.59 annually plus a 3.3% temporary market adjustment
