Ford of Lafayette in Lafayette IN is hiring an Experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to Manage and Oversee our Quick Lane and Heavy Truck Departments

- Must have 1-2 years of Dealership Assistant Service Management Experience or Independent Service Management Experience in Quick Lane and/or Heavy Truck Service and ready for the next step in their Career!
We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are optimistic self-driven have superb business skills who are motivated to take ownership of their department to lead it to excellence.
This is an excellent opportunity for the individual looking to move into Dealership Service Management with a Large Dealer Group with unlimited opportunity
In addition candidate must report to Service Director to:
- Manage employee schedules and pay plans in your department
- Assume responsibility for staffing and hiring all employees under his/her division
- Attend manager meetings and conduct service department meetings
- Maintain service customer pay gross profit growth
- Maintain technician proficiency
