Job Description

What Youll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality in-room dining and mixbar service to guests
- Supporting smooth daily operations by working closely with your team
- Ensuring team grooming uniform standards and readiness are consistently met
- Performing opening and closing duties including preparation cleaning and securing areas
- Maintaining clean organized storage spaces and proper inventory management (FIFO)
- Monitoring the dining environment to ensure guest safety comfort and satisfaction
- Assisting management in staff training motivation scheduling and support
- Following safety procedures and reporting any incidents or maintenance needs
- Upholding brand service standards and helping identify areas for improvement and efficiency
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or hotel operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
- Friendly guest-focused attitude with a hands-on work ethic
- Team player who can also take initiative and stay organized under pressure
