What Youll Do:
- Ref games in a fun safe and positive environment
- Keep the game movingmanage time score and rules
- Be a role model who teaches teamwork and good sportsmanship
- Work with other refs and coaches to make game day run smoothly
- Help players (ages 314) have a great experience
- Someone confident upbeat and good with kids
- Experience playing coaching or officiating football (bonus points but not requiredwell train you!)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and responsibleyoull be the leader on the field
- Available on Saturdays starting in September-November
