Joint Operations Campaign Planner

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shepherd OAIs within the assigned portfolio from conception through completion in line with directives from COMSOCPAC and the SOCPAC Director of Operations
- Serve as a key coordinator for OAIs across SOCPAC Interagency Partners Allies and international partners.
- Plan monitor and validate all tasks and deliverables within assigned OAIs.
- Track programmatic details ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.
- Provide timely updates briefings and recommendations related to the assigned portfolio.
- Lead formal and informal meetings to present OAI status and updates to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of force disposition maritime and special operations relevant to the First Island Chain and broader USINDOPACOM priorities.
Minimum Requirements: (Please have the following experience/programs/requirements listed on resume before submitting for the position):
- Bachelors Degree or four (4) years of relevant experience in joint operations and special operations planning in lieu of degree
- 8 years of experience in joint operations and special operations planning
- Strong knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and associated strategic objectives
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead operations across multiple agencies and international partners.
- Excellent oral writing and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage complex tasks with attention to detail.
- Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI SAP/STO eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree and 10 years of experience in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Advanced Warfighting schools (JAWS SAMS MAWS SAASS)
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) level 1 and 2 certifications
Compensation & Benefits
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $135K - $160K (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- Active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI SAP/STO eligible
