About the organization: Compass Family Services is a 100 year old nonprofit working on the front lines of San Franciscos homeless crisis. We provide families experiencing or at risk of homelessness with comprehensive support to address immediate needs and ensure long-term success.
About the Program: Adopt-a-Family connects generous individuals families civic groups and corporate teams with Compass client families who lack the resources to buy holiday gifts. Donors shop from personalized wish lists for their adopted families. For many families these gifts will be the only gifts they will receive during the holidays.
Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour. This is a non-benefit-eligible role.
Schedule: This is a temporary position that will run from October 1 December 24.

What the Adopt-a-Family Project Manager will do: The Project Manager will help ensure the success of this years Adopt-a-Family by managing the process of matching Compass family wish lists to donors managing all Adopt-a-Family data and providing significant hands-on support with the implementation of the project including helping to manage on-site donor drop off and client pick up of gifts.
