Key Responsibilities:
Engineering degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field with 14 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Understand and apply software testing fundamentals SDLC and STLC processes.
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Rest Assured with Java.
Perform web service/API testing to validate RESTful services.
Execute database testing and write SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for task tracking and defect management.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation integration in the build and deployment process.
Analyze test results identify bugs and work with developers to resolve issues.
Contribute to test planning test case design and test execution for functional and regression testing.
Maintain documentation related to test cases test results and quality metrics.
Good to Have:
Exposure to scripting languages such as JavaScript or tools like Ansible.
Basic understanding of performance security and chaos testing (Non-Functional Requirements).
Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure concepts.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based testing environments.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality.
Work Location: Pune Only
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or Upto 30 days Notice Period only.
Work Type: Hybrid Thrice a week from Pune Hinjewadi Office is mandatory.
Product Company candidates will be preferred for this role.
