Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound calls emails and/or chats from customers. Youll assist with questions resolve issues and provide product or service information in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products services or policies.
- Assist with troubleshooting billing or account-related questions.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer.
- Meet performance expectations including quality accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer/headset required.
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible scheduling options are available.
- Pay is biweekly on the 1st and 15th of each month.
- Compensation is discussed during the interview process and varies by client program.
