Job Summary (List Format):
- 100% remote opportunity for qualified candidates

- Senior-level Oracle Cloud System Development required
- Specialization in Recruitment Journeys and Workflow modules within Oracle Fusion HCM
- Responsible for designing integrating and optimizing Oracle HCM modules especially Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) and Journeys
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Extracts and recruitment process automation
- Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) needed
- Must be able to configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions as per business requirements
- Application-focused role: will redesign and build a streamlined hiring process (current process has 48 steps)
- Solution architect responsibilities; no work on Oracle Apex only application-level customizations
- Light PL/SQL requirements; not a highly technical programming role
- Reporting and dashboard experience is a plus
