Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Leader to join our team in Doral. This is a stable full-time position for someone who is hands-on reliable and ready to take ownership of the warehouse operations.
Salary: $35K ($17/hr) $40K ($19/hr)
Location: Doral FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (punctuality is a must)
Languages: English & Spanish required
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving storage inventory order fulfillment and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through counts audits and reports.
- Maintain product quality and proper handling.
- Oversee equipment and enforce safety cleanliness and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with purchasing logistics customer service and sales to ensure smooth operations.
- Be open to performing different warehouse-related tasks when needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Forklift experience.
- Knowledge of WMS ERP and MS Office.
- Experience with UPS FedEx and BOL operations.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Punctual reliable and looking for a long-term stable role.
- Background check required.
