Role: Business Outcome Analyst

Job Description:
1. Outcomes Measurement:
- Define track and report KPIs for AIMS-related initiatives including integration performance patching regression testing cloud migration and system upgrades.
2. Backlog Grooming and Preparation:
- Work with the product owner and squad/project to prepare the backlog into stories ready for execution.
3. Facilitation of Squad/Project Planning:
- Facilitate planning for the squad/project at an enterprise level ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
4. Risk Management and Mitigation:
- Identify risks in project execution such as delays or resource constraints and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders product teams and IT to ensure alignment on AIMS-related initiatives and facilitate the effective resolution of challenges.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary communication link for all key squad stakeholders dealing with challenging stakeholders in politicized environments and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
7. Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure that key decisions milestones and project progress are well documented and easily accessible for all stakeholders.
8. Championing Squad/Project Delivery Rituals:
- Facilitate and champion squad/project delivery rituals (e.g. Scrum ceremonies) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business value.
9. Process Mapping and Value Stream Documentation:
- Document cross-functional processes and value streams at an enterprise level supporting the alignment of AIMS-related projects with broader business objectives.
10. Post-Go-Live Support:
- Provide support during the post-deployment phase ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly to maintain long-term success.
