Job Title: Test Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Test Technician to perform reliability testing.
This role works closely with engineering and quality teams to execute tests document results troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong technical skills excellent documentation abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing on products components and systems according to established procedures and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve test-related issues and identify root causes of failures.
Document test results issues and corrective actions in a clear accurate and timely manner.
Communicate findings effectively to the team.
Design fabricate document and maintain electronic systems fixtures and test equipment to support testing activities.
Assist in the development and refinement of test procedures and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability testing processes and product quality.

Physical Requirements:

May lift and move items weighing 1 30 pounds.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical certification in electronics engineering technology or a related field preferred.
Experience in testing electronics testing or a similar technical role.
Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes multimeters data loggers etc.) and basic electronic troubleshooting.
Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Excellent documentation communication and teamwork skills
