Job Title: Tech 2 Quality Assurance

Shift timing: 8AM - 5PM
Description:
- Job Title: Test Technician
- Interviews in person
- Must haves on the resume Prior experience with electrical/electronic test equipment test setup and test execution
Position Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Test Technician to perform reliability testing.
- This role works closely with engineering and quality teams to execute tests document results troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate has strong technical skills excellent documentation abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing on products components and systems according to established procedures and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve test-related issues and identify root causes of failures.
- Document test results issues and corrective actions in a clear accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate findings effectively to the team.
- Design fabricate document and maintain electronic systems fixtures and test equipment to support testing activities.
- Assist in the development and refinement of test procedures and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability testing processes and product quality.
Physical Requirements:
- May lift and move items weighing 1 30 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in electronics engineering technology or a related field preferred.
- Experience in testing electronics testing or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes multimeters data loggers etc.) and basic electronic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Excellent documentation communication and teamwork skills
