You will be updated with latest job alerts via email3 5 years of hands-on experience in IVR development and omni-channel orchestration on Genesys Cloud CX.
Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud Architect Bot Flows (Voice and Digital channels).
Proven experience in implementing speech recognition TTS (Text-to-Speech) and AI-driven conversational flows.
In-depth knowledge of Genesys Framework APIs SDKs and integration with enterprise systems (CRM ERP Ticketing tools etc.).
Experience with analytics reporting and optimization of IVR/chatbot solutions.
Genesys Cloud CX certification(s) in one or more areas: Inbound Outbound Multi-channel Desktop Integration Recording or Reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
